The five-step process

Consultation

We start with a conversation about your business: what you sell, where you sell today, your margins, logistics setup and growth goals. This shapes everything that follows.

Marketplace selection

Based on the consultation, we map your products against the four marketplace categories and produce a shortlist of channels that fit your catalogue, price points and target regions.

Listing setup

We help you prepare for registrations, seller accounts, catalogue data, imagery, localisation and category-specific requirements — so your listings meet each platform's standards from day one.

Launch

Your listings go live on the selected marketplaces. We help you review initial performance, pricing positioning and any early operational issues so the first weeks run smoothly.

Ongoing support

After launch, Mercadex remains available for questions — from policy updates and fee changes to adding further marketplaces as your cross-border business grows.

Note: This process description is illustrative draft copy. Final service scope, timelines [PLACEHOLDER: typical time from consultation to launch — to be defined] and pricing [PLACEHOLDER: pricing model — to be defined] will be confirmed before launch.

What you can expect

  • An independent assessment — we recommend what fits your business, not what pays us a bounty.
  • Plain-language guidance on VAT, compliance and localisation basics [PLACEHOLDER: confirm exact support scope with legal advisor].
  • No lock-in commitments described on this site — final commercial terms will be published at launch.

Start with step one

The consultation starts with a simple registration. Tell us about your business and we'll take it from there.
